The KUTT Story
Back in 1984, Rick Siebert purchased a small, unknown radio station in Fairbury, Nebraska (KGMT 1310 AM). He
then built KUTT 99.3 FM The Spirit, from the ground up. It was a 3,000
watt radio station with a 400 foot tower. It was his vision of the
future that has made KUTT 99.5 into the Powerhouse it is today. Now the
tower, located near Harbine, NE, is 750 feet tall and produces a 100,000
watt signal. KUTT’s signal reaches most of Southeast Nebraska and
Northeast Kansas.
Our location at 414 4th Street in Fairbury underwent major renovation in 2011.
