$15,000 KUTT Giveaway

January-December 2008

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To qualify for a chance at winning, you must register for a free “99-5 KUTT CASH CARD” at any KUTT remote location. Locations will be broadcast throughout the contest period on KUTT 99.5. Three (3) finalists will be randomly selected from each remote location and will be posted on www.kutt995.com, others will be chosen, at random, at the end of the contest. The $10,000 Grand Prize will be awarded in December of 2008 at a date and location yet to be determined.

All final drawing winners will be notified by mail as to when and where the final drawing for the grand prize will be held. Participants must attend the final drawing, have their “99-5 KUTT CASH CARD” and be 18 years of age or older, with proper identification.

REGISTRATION. Limited to one KUTT Cash Card per person.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one grand prize given away: $10,000.

$5,000 will be given out during the contest time frame.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION. KUTT Cash Call: During the contest period, KUTT will randomly announce “KUTT CASH CARD” numbers on the air, on random days and random times. The Prize Pot will start at $99.50. If no one claims the prize money in the time allotted, $100 will be added to the ‘prize pot’, and will continue to be added to in $100 increments until a winner claims the prize. The contest will award up to $3000 before ending.

To claim a monetary prize from the KUTT Cash Call, the winner MUST call 1-800-883-0995 within 9 minutes and 95 seconds after the Cash Card Number is announced. The claimant MUST present their KUTT CASH CARD and identification within 7 days at 414 4^th Street, Fairbury, Nebraska, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, or at the Beatrice Studio location, 2205 North 6^th, Suite 11, (Indian Creek Mall) Beatrice, Nebraska. If the amount is over $600, a 1099 will be provided, and the winner will be responsible for paying any and all state, federal, and local taxes that apply.

KUTT FINAL CASH DRAWING. Before December 1, 2008, 600 entries will be chosen at random and will be notified by mail that they are a finalist in the KUTT Final Cash Card drawing. Finalists will be eliminated by random drawing until there are only three (3) entries. Two (2) more will be eliminated and awarded $1000 dollars. The last card-holder will be awarded the grand prize of $10,000.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. All Federal, State and local laws apply.

ELIGIBILITY. Participation is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age, except employees of Siebert Communications and family members of anyone so employed. KUTT retains the right of final eligibility for any entrant.

TAXES. Winners will be provided a 1099 tax form and be responsible for any and all state, federal, and local taxes that apply.

If you’d like a chance at winning a share of the $3,000 during the KUTT CASH CALL, then yes, you’ll need to listen to KUTT 99.5. If you don’t want to win Cash from KUTT…then, No, you don’t need to listen.

How long do I need to keep my KUTT Cash Card?

You’ll need to keep your card until after the final cash drawing, which will be held in December sometime. And, YES, you’ll need your KUTT CASH CARD. We use the actual cards to draw with…so no card…no chance at winning the cash.

Yes, if you’d like a chance at winning cash.

Will I need to pay taxes on my winnings?

Yes, if the amount is over $600.
