Official Rules:

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  All Federal, State and local laws apply. 

ELIGIBILITY.  Participation is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age, except employees of Siebert Communications and family members of anyone so employed.  KUTT retains the right of final eligibility for any entrant.

TAXES.  Winners will be provided a 1099 tax form and be responsible for any and all state, federal, and local taxes that apply.  

• 1 (one) Spin per person per location.
•  Must be 18 years of age to Spin the KUTT Cash Wheel. 
•  Any amount won that is over $100, will be winner’s responsibility to contact KUTT, and be paid by KUTT check. 
•  If the amount won is over $599, tax paperwork will need to be filled out at KUTT Corporate Office at 414 4^th Street, Fairbury, Nebraska, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, OR at the Beatrice office, 200 Sherman Street in Beatrice, Nebraska.
