The Parkinson’s Support Group will meet on Monday, Dec. 5, at Jefferson Community Health Center. The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. in the Solarium Conference Room.

                The program will be “Short-Circuiting Stress,” a video taped program about dealing with our stressors in life. We all deal with stress all the time. And the holiday season brings stress of its own. Please join us as we view a video and discuss and share our own best ways of dealing with the stresses that come with caregiving, the holidays and life.

            The Parkinson’s Support Group typically meets on the first Monday of each month at JCHC. The group is designed to provide an opportunity for area residents to share their experiences with Parkinson’s disease.
