Novak Auction Service was established on September 15, 1984 when Col. Darryl Novak graduated from Mason City College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA. Our service is mostly family based with Col. Darryl Novak and Col. Troy Novak, who graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA, and Barb and Tricia Novak as cashiers.
With the family aside, Novak Auction Service would not be complete without our newest additions, Auctioneers Roy Homolka and Matt Pracheil who recently graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA; clerks Greg & AJ Zoubek, & set-up done by Randall (Pete) Hollman.
Our auction service, based out of Dorchester, NE, does all types of auctions Household, Antique, Farm, and Real Estate. The Real Estate part of our business is handled by Darryl & Troy with United Country First State Realty out of Cortland, NE (402) 798-2199.
